We’re not sure what is worse, the fact that Hillary Clinton is still on the public stage or that she’s still being taken seriously by most of the “mainstream” media.
The two-time presidential loser took Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg to task during an interview with The Atlantic in which she claimed his “Trumpian” qualities were in line with the “authoritarian” views as evidenced by the way he runs his social media behemoth.
Her brilliant analysis (insert heavy sarcasm here) came just a day after some other goofball insisted that Facebook is working overtime to help reelected President Donald Trump in exchange for being protected, as billionaire whack job and pretend Marxist George Soros claimed last week in Davos, Switzerland, at the World Economic Forum.
Mind you, Facebook has been correctly (and widely) accused of banning conservative pro-Trump voices now for more than two years. The bans and the Right-leaning censorship has been well-documented by a number of studies and several independent media outlets (many of which have been banned, including this one).
In fact, as Reuters reported Monday, the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division has been hiring staff left and right as it launches investigations into several Silicon Valley tech firms, at least some of which are likely responsible for content censorship. (Related: Facebook and Twitter BAN natural health content, but gladly HOST Antifa terrorist channels that promote acid attacks on innocent people.)
The news agency reported:
With probes of Alphabet Inc’s (GOOGL.O) Google and other major platforms underway, the U.S. Justice Department’s Antitrust Division is hiring both to bulk up for the big tech probes and to replace people who left, according to two Justice Department officials with knowledge of the matter.
The department is scheduled to post an advertisement for positions, potentially on Monday, for additional attorneys, paralegals with an interest in tech and others to work in San Francisco to focus on the tech industry, one of the sources said.
But, according to Crackpot Clinton, there’s every reason to believe that Facebook is “not just going to reelect Trump, but intend[s] to reelect Trump.”
When The Atlantic’s reporter asked Clinton if she sees a ‘Trumpian’ quality in Zuckerberg, she said she did, adding, “It’s authoritarian.”
This from the woman who first tried to foist government-run healthcare on all of America — decades before Barack Obama tried. And she was holding all of her health care task force meetings in secret…which is real authoritarian.
Bag Man Soros said exactly the same thing about Facebook at Davos.
“Facebook will work to reelect Trump and Trump will protect Facebook. It makes me very concerned about the outcome of 2020,” he said during a private dinner hosted by his Open Society Foundation.
Soros then incredibly described the president as “the ultimate narcissist” and a “con man” who wanted the world to “revolve around him” — when in fact Soros is the one going around trying to remake the world in his Left-wing image.
“When his fantasy of becoming president became a reality,” his ego grew significantly, Soros alleged, then added, “This has turned his narcissism into a malignant disease.”
If, in fact, Zuckerberg is attempting to cozy up to the Trump administration, it could be due to the fact that his company may be guilty of antitrust violations that the Justice Department is gearing up to investigate. Taking marketing money from conservative websites so they can expand their reach and build their brand, then banning them or censoring them, certainly seems like an antitrust violation.
But there’s also this: If Clinton and Soros are both so concerned that Facebook may be flipping to support Trump, that must mean they know how powerful the platform was for them when it was shunting conservatives in favor of Left-wing media.
