The Mark Zuckerberg empire has once again targeted the Trump campaign with censorship, this time for its use of an alleged “hate” symbol in a social media ad calling out Antifa as a domestic terrorist movement.
According to Facebook, the decision was made to remove this particular targeted ad for President Trump’s reelection this fall because it contained an upside-down red triangle with a black outline, which supposedly encourages “organized hate” due to the fact that it was also used in Nazi Germany.
Even though this same symbol is commonly used today by Antifa as one of its featured logos, hence the reason why the Trump campaign included it, the leftist mob running Facebook somehow decided that, in this case, it was there to promote ideological Nazism.
“The now-deleted Trump ad featured an inverted red-and-black triangle to symbolize the Antifa movement, which uses the red-and-black color scheme in their badges, flags, and propaganda as a form of ideological identification,” Breitbart News reports.
“Red-and-black are the historical colors of the anarcho-communist movement, and red triangles are an Antifa symbol according to products available for purchase.”
The ad in question very specifically talked about how violent mobs are roving America’s streets and wreaking havoc on society. It called on Americans from all walks of life to unify against this extremist behavior and join President Trump in fighting the scourge of Antifa.
In other words, the ad was about fighting against organized hate from the likes of Antifa, and had nothing to do with Nazi Germany which was obvious from the text of the ad. And yet Facebook determined otherwise, needlessly fueling the type of hatred and division that has come to demarcate the behavior of leftists in 2020.
“We removed these posts and ads for violating our policy against organized hate,” a Facebook spokesman told the media. “Our policy prohibits using a banned hate group’s symbol to identify political prisoners without the context that condemns or discusses the symbol.”
Listen below to The Health Ranger Report as Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, talks about how the behavior of left-wing terrorists like Antifa are only helping Trump to win the election this fall:
The interesting thing about this statement is that it is basically an admission by Facebook that Antifa is a hate group, seeing as how Antifa is the group currently using this forbidden symbol as one of its logos.
If an upside-down red triangle with a black outline represents “Nazi imagery,” as has been claimed by Media Matters, then that means Antifa is a Nazi group. Does this mean that the left is finally admitting that Antifa is a domestic terrorist group, just as President Trump himself recently declared?
We certainly will not hold our breath on that one, but it is a point worth noting. The left seems unable to grasp the hilarity of its duplicitous outrage over this particular symbol depending on who uses it.
When Antifa uses it, nobody on the left cares. When Trump uses it, the left erupts into a chorus of screeching about the promotion of Nazis and “hate.” The stupidity of it all is simply mind-boggling.
Another irony is that Facebook’s selective censorship of this particular symbol represents a form of election interference, which the platform claims to have been fighting over the past several years, by engaging in said censorship.
“If they want to be a PAC, that’s fine,” wrote one Breitbart News commenter about Facebook’s blatant election interference. “Regulate them like one.”
